Art
is the answer you'll get from these two area Q's
Published July 21, 2006
The
Q Gallery in the CityArts Factory at the corner of Pine Street
and Orange Avenue held its first opening last night during
downtown's "Third Thursday" monthly art stroll. The
name is very similar to Gallery Q, at 946 N. Mills Ave., but the
galleries are completely different, and so is their artwork.
Q Gallery is a professional, commercial gallery and shows work
by national and some local artists. Gallery Q is a community
gallery and shows work by local artists, changing all the work
about once a month. Huh? If you're confused you'll just have to
visit both galleries to see for yourself which is which, and
which is for you.
